To be eligible for a refund, please provide a detailed explanation of where the service did not meet your requirements
There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:
- The buyer decided to not progress with the job application
- The buyer’s circumstances changed prohibiting them from applying
- The buyer did not meet the minimal qualifications for the position
- The buyer did not make themself available or provide the requested information needed to complete the resume or application within the required timeframes.
- The buyer did not provide accurate information about their experience and skills at the commencement of the service.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, we will email you to advise when your refund has been processed.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
